Social Series: Reflections

Around Thanksgiving, I like to shift attention away from the false, violent narrative of the “First Thanksgiving” and on to what the holiday truly reflects today: thankfulness.

Last year I created a social series that featured branded headshots with a paragraph of personalized reflections. I assisted each member in writing their part and created all graphics.

This was a fun series to do, and a good example of how we can flip “traditional” narratives that are harmful into life-giving, positive, community-wide practices.
